In accordance with the Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data 2016/679 and the Law on the implementation of the regulation on the protection of personal data, Littera M. Design informs you that two levels of personal data are collected and processed during registration and book orders.
The first level of personal data consists of the information that the User enters during registration and represents the data necessary for the fulfillment of future business relationships – name and surname, delivery address, email for correspondence. The mentioned data is stored as long as the User’s profile is active. Upon deactivation of the user profile, the Service Provider permanently deletes the personal data entered during the User’s registration.
The second level of personal data consists of all the information, images, and video attachments that the User applies to the product. The mentioned data represents the information chosen by the User and is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the legal transaction. Second-level data is retained for one month from the product delivery date. After the mentioned period, second-level data is permanently deleted by the Service Provider.
