In compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as the Law on the implementation of the regulation on the protection of personal data, we inform you that by entering into a business relationship with Littera M. Design, we collect and process two levels of your personal data. The first level of personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the business relationship and includes: full name, delivery address, phone number, and email for correspondence. The second level of personal data consists of all data, images, and video materials that you provide for the product. These are data that you, as the User, choose, and they are essential for the fulfillment of the legal transaction. The first-level data is stored until the expiration of the deadlines prescribed by special legislation for the retention of accounting records, except when a compulsory recovery procedure or a legal proceeding arises from the business relationship. In such cases, the data is kept until the final conclusion of these procedures. After the expiration of these deadlines, the first-level data is permanently deleted by the Service Provider. Second-level data is retained for one month from the product delivery date. After the mentioned period, second-level data is permanently deleted by the Service Provider. First-level data may be accessible to Littera M. Design's collaborators, such as the accounting department when processing invoices, and other potential collaborators with whom Littera M. Design may come into contact solely for purposes related to the fulfillment of the legal transaction. The data controller is Daria Markić, the owner of the Littera M.
